Return and Refund Policy

At MASTISAFE, we want you to feel confident about every purchase you make. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 DAYS of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.


2. Return Timeframe

You must initiate a return request within 7 DAYS from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 48 HOURS

  • In some cases, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund

Shipping charges are typically non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for eligible products, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us within the return window. Exchanges are processed only after the original item is received and approved.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7Days of delivery by contacting mashupninjas@gmail.com. Kindly include clear photos and a description of the issue.

After verification, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on product availability and your preference


6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges

  • Shipping fees paid during the original purchase are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
